Erin is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Member of CITMA. With over twelve years of experience in trade mark law – including, pre-qualification, in administrative and paralegal roles, Erin brings a deep understanding of both strategic brand protection and the operational realities of IP management. She received Distinctions in both her Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary, University of London and the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University, where she now assists current students as a Guest Practitioner, sharing practical insights with the next generation of IP professionals. She is also an instructor on the INTA Trademark Administrators Certificate Program. Erin is known for her collaborative approach and clear, business-focused advice across complex trade mark portfolios and enforcement matters.
